Booking with Expeditioner doesn’t mean you’ll pay more; in fact, it often means you’ll save while enjoying exclusive benefits. We proudly work with Virtuoso and Fora Reserve, granting us access to special deals and amenities at luxury hotels. You will always pay the best available rate and can enjoy exclusive perks from these programmes, such as room upgrades and complimentary breakfasts, without any additional costs to you. Expeditioner receives a commission from the hotel or cruise line directly, ensuring that your travel budget goes further.
For bespoke land itineraries, including tailored pre- and post-cruise extensions, we begin with a complimentary conversation about your plans, budget and the support you need. We then quote a planning fee based on the agreed scope and complexity, payable before personalised research and itinerary design begin.
This fee covers our planning work, is separate from your travel costs and is not credited against bookings. The scope, included revisions and cancellation terms are confirmed before payment. Any additional fee for a material change to the brief is agreed in advance.
